Requesting deletion

You can ask us to delete personal data Steeplewise holds about you, including data received through Facebook/Instagram (Meta) or Planning Center integrations.

How to request

Email privacy@steeplewise.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include your name and the email or phone number associated with your data (and your church’s name, if known). We will confirm receipt and complete the request within 30 days.

If you are a church member or guest

Your church controls its own contact records. We will work with your church to remove your information. You can also reply STOP to any text to stop messages immediately.

If you are a church account owner

Account owners can delete contacts in the app or request full account deletion by emailing us. Disconnecting Meta or Planning Center stops further data sync; we then delete associated integration data on request.

What may be retained

We may keep limited records where required by law (for example opt-out records and billing records).
