Agreement

These Terms govern use of Steeplewise, provided by Creativ Leads LLC dba Steeplewise. By using the service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your church or organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your users and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information.

Acceptable use and messaging compliance

You agree to send messages only to people who have given consent, to honor opt-outs, and to comply with applicable laws including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and carrier rules. You may not use the service for spam, unlawful, or harmful content.

Third-party services

Integrations such as Planning Center and Meta are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes to them.

Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with advance notice.

Your content

You own the data and content you add. You grant us permission to host and process it to provide the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features marked “coming soon” are not guaranteed.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
