Who we are

Steeplewise is operated by Creativ Leads LLC dba Steeplewise (“Steeplewise,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information through steeplewise.com, app.steeplewise.com and related services.

Information we collect

Account information from church staff (name, email, phone, church name); contact information churches add or sync about their people (such as names, phone numbers, emails, form responses and tags); messages sent and received through the shared inbox; information from connected services such as Planning Center and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) when a church authorizes them; and basic usage and device data.

How we use information

To provide and improve the service, sync data with services a church connects, send texts and notifications a church initiates, run follow-up workflows, help churches create and measure ad campaigns, provide support, and keep the service secure.

Consent and text messaging

Churches may only text people who have opted in. Imports require confirmation of consent. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and opt-outs are honored automatically. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Churches as data controllers

Each church controls the data about its own people. We process that data on the church’s behalf. Individuals with questions about their data should contact their church, or us at the address below.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, SMS carriers, email delivery and payment processing), with services a church chooses to connect, or when required by law.

Data from Meta and Planning Center

Data obtained through Meta or Planning Center integrations is used only to provide features the church has enabled, and is handled according to those platforms’ terms. See our Data Deletion page for removal requests.

Security and retention

We use industry-standard safeguards. We keep data while an account is active and as needed for legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices
